Who we are

Plusone Technology (“we”, “us”). Postal address: Plusone Technology, 375 N Federal Street, Apt 205, Chandler, AZ 85226, USA. Email: hello@getplusonets.com. Plusone is our small-business services brand.

This website

• This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts.
• The contact form does not submit to a server. It opens an email draft addressed to hello@getplusonets.com in your own email app. Your email app sends the message only if you choose to send it. We do not receive the draft from this website itself.
• If you set a color theme, the choice is stored in your browser under the localStorage key plusone-theme. That value is not sent to us. We do not use cookies for tracking.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to market to you.

When you email us

We receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include. We use that only to reply, quote, and do work you have asked for. We do not sell it or share it for other people’s marketing.

When we email you

We sometimes send a small number of individual business emails to businesses at publicly listed business contact addresses, about a service that may be relevant to them. Every such email:

• identifies Plusone Technology and includes our postal address;
• is plain text, with no tracking pixels or tracked links;
• tells you how to opt out: reply “no” and we will not email you again.

For this, we keep only what we need: the business name, the public business email or phone number, where we found it, and a note of what we sent and when.

Opt-out list

If you reply “no”, ask us to stop, or email hello@getplusonets.com with “Unsubscribe”, we stop emailing you and add you to a do-not-contact list. We check that list before outreach email.

To keep honouring the request, the list keeps a minimal record: the email address (and business name, if known), the date of the request, and how it was made. We keep that record even if you ask us to delete other data, because without it we could not be sure we never contact you again. We use it for nothing else.

Clients

If you hire us, we use the materials and access you give us, such as photos, recordings, logos, and account access, only to do the agreed work. We show work publicly only with your written permission. Invoices and payments are handled by a payment platform. We do not store your card details.

Service providers

We use providers to run the business, such as email, web hosting, invoicing, and AI tools used to produce client work. Those providers process data on our behalf and may do so in the United States or other countries.

How long we keep data

• Emails and enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records.
• Client project files: for the project and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Outreach records: deleted once they are no longer needed. Opt-out entries are kept as explained above.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from the opt-out record described above. Email hello@getplusonets.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
